Student Judiciary Council
A. Definition
The Judiciary Council is responsible for all matters related to the arbitration and judiciary of the Council.¡C
B. Authority
1. The authority of the Judiciary Council is only second to the authority of General Polling. Every member shall obey the adjudication of the Judiciary Council.
2. The Judiciary Council shall adjudicate only the disputes related to the affairs of the Council.
3. The Judiciary Council shall not adjudicate the internal disputes of any organizations.
4. The Judiciary Council possesses the final authority upon the interpretation of the Constitution.
5. The Committee of Final Appeal possesses the authority of final appeal of internal affairs of the Council.
6. The Judiciary Council possesses the authority to punish any committee members or members of the Council who neglect their duties or violate the Constitution.
C. Duties and Responsibilities
1. The duties of the Judiciary Council are: to handle and adjudicate all the prosecutions in the Council.
2. To handle any inter-organization prosecutions; to adjudicate disputes arising.
3. To make adjudications in accordance with the fundamental objectives and spirit of the Constitution.
4. The Judiciary Council possesses the authority to request information about certain matters from any member or organization of the Council. A written notice, however, should be given to the member or organization three days prior to such requests.
5. The Judiciary Council possesses the authority to summon any member or the representative of an organization to attend in the proceeding meetings.
6. The Judiciary Council possesses the authority to punish committee members or members of the Council who fail to do their duties or who have violated the Constitution.
D. Composition
1. Members:
The Judiciary Council consists of six members. These members are appointed through elections conducted among From 4 to Form 7 students. (Appendix: The Election of Members of the Judiciary Council)

i. Arbitration Committee:
a. Committee Members
There are three members in the Arbitration Committee.
b. Duties
The duty of the Arbitration Committee is to adjudicate all the prosecutions and disputes in the Council.
ii. Committee of Final Appeal
a. Committee Members
The Committee of Final Appeal is formed by the other three members of the Student Judiciary Council.
b. Duties
The duty of the Committee of Final Appeal is to adjudicate all the appeals in the Council. Only one appeal can be brought up for each proceeding.
